The student and guardian are responsible for the following: *

• A- It is not permissible to hide any information or provide any incorrect data, documents that do not match the requirements, or incomplete information, otherwise the application will be cancelled without prior notice.

  
  

• B- If the copies of the attached papers in any document do not comply with the originals at any stage of application or acceptance, the application will be cancelled without prior notice.

  
  

• C- Delay in submitting the required documents and failure to appear on the specified dates according to the announced timetables and the expiry of the appointment, the application will be cancelled without prior notice.

  
  

• D- Failure to respond to the Academy’s communications during the summer vacation to complete any procedures. The application will be cancelled without prior notice.

  
  

• E- It is not permissible to withdraw from school before obtaining initial acceptance and a no-objection letter.
